My clients are the expert of their own lives

Acceptance and respect are critical for both ourselves and for others

We all need to be seen, heard, understood, validated, nurtured, cared for, and safe

There is tremendous power in changing how we relate to ourselves; peace comes from within us

The past, present and future are all important

We heal best through connection

We are all created good and the core of who we are always remains good
